A: For sample orders or small batches (under 500 units), the lead time is usually 3-7 working days. For bulk orders or OEM projects, every customized IoT project is unique, but we provide baseline estimates for standard processes: Software-Only Customization (e.g., Protocol integration, firmware tweaks): Approximately 25 days. Full Hardware & Software Customization (e.g., PCBA redesign + firmware): Approximately 55 days.
